Iranian authorities confirmed the death of the country’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Hosseini Ali Khameni and a few high ranking officials due to US, Israeli airstrikes this morning.
Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khameni(86) was killled in joint airstrikes by the US and its ally Israel this morning.
Khameni, the second supreme leader of the Islamic state held the country of 90 million with an iron grip from 1989.
While the Ayatollah’s death marks a new begining for some Iranians,for the others his loss is not an event to celebrate, as they regard him as a man who steadfastly stood against American aggression.
